Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

reduce the salt, and maybe even the sugar, as it is a bit sweet for me. i also whip the cream till it is very heavy, but be sure not to make butter! and serve it cold!

Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder

very good i have been making this a few years. i use sriracha hoi chili sauce with a rooster on front, you can find it in the asian food. its very good and adds a lot of spice

i dont know why this recipe doesnt have more reviews, people must not make a lot of jello my family LOVES jello and they LOVE this recipe i did alter it a bit, i use 1 cup of sour cream instead of 2 and i add 1 cup of cold water after the jello is added to the 2 cups boiling water and i mix the smashed banana with the sour cream. Great recipe we will use it for all major holidays along with the 7 layer jello and pretzel jello.

MMMMM... Brownies

not to bad next time i will use a good quality MILK chocolate the semi sweet chocolate wasn't that great. i also found it a little crumbly when it was warm but the next day it was perfect.

Black Chocolate Cake

very good tastes a lot like a boxed cake but with the texture of home made. i used milk in place of water cut the sugar down to 3 cups and added about 1/4 cup more cocoa powder. it was GREAT. will use again
