Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
This was good. I'm not sure it was better than my traditional pie. I'm gonna make one of each and see what people think. However, this pie did help me win a baking contest. The only thing i did was make a double batch of the sugar mixture.

Best Spinach Dip Ever
This was gone in no time, simple and amazing. I did change a few things just to have to more tailored to my taste. I did not use water chestnut mostly because I"m not a fan. Also, I did not use the bread bowl, again because I'm not a fan of dips with bread. Instead I used thin organic corn chips. They must be thin....it was perfect. As suggested I used the whole box of spinach. Also because I love cheese I added parmesan and sharp cheddar. Everyone loved it and can't wait for me to make it again. Remember, these changes were done for my taste, do what u like.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
You must chill this overnight, I know it doesn't say to but it's the best. Everyone raved about this one! I made this for a girls happy hour party I had. They all loved it. I did make changes I used an 1/8 cup of olive oil and an 1/8 cup of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. I also added parmesan cheese to the mix, because it should be there. Then chilled it over night to congeal all the flavors, and presto instant hit!
