Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This was absolutely delicious!!!The only thing I would do is add a little more lemon and garlic to the butter but the chicken was so moist and had a ton of flavor

This was a great recipe! I loved how much easier it was to just put the eggplant on a huge baking sheet instead of having to sit there and fry it. It was delicious and I will definitely be making this again

Baked Ziti I

This is probably one of the only baked pasta recipes I have ever liked. Normally they are so dry and flavorless, but not this one. It was excellent and I have no reason to look for another baked ziti recipe again.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

I loved this recipe. I absolutely hate Mac and Cheese recipes that call for egg so this was perfect. What I loved most about it was the fact that it heated up perfectly and wasn't oily. It is perfectly creamy and rich!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Absolutely excellent. I followed the recipe exactly, I used marinated artichoke hearts and it was completely polished off. I actually liked it better than any restaurant dip I've ever had.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

This may have been just okay if I hadn't added the butter cracker topping. It had such a wierd rich taste, I just wanted to throw up. I threw the whole thing out.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

My whole family LOVED this. The next day it had more of a chilli consistency but I used crushed tomatoes and a separate can of chillies instead of diced tomatoes because thats all I had. I did sub the beer for chicken stock and next time I will use just a little more to make it a little thinner. I was so surprised that the flavor was PERFECT! I also didn't use quite the whole packet of taco seasoning. I figured I could add more later if need be and I didn't need to. EXCELLENT RECIPE!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I think if you like hot sauce you'll love this recipe. I will actually make it when I know I am going to have a night to myself to just watch movies and pig out. I LOVE this stuff, it is one of my favorite things to bring to a party.
