Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

LOVED IT! I used two bars of Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate along with about 10 mini Hershey bars. Came out wonderfully! I used it to frost a pound cake which was awsome!!!

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Chocolate Almond Marble Cheesecake

I've made this cheesecake 4 times now. It comes out perfectly every time! I have made afew adjustments. I add vanilla extract only. Add alittle pinch of cinnamon to the crust. I also add walnuts finely chopped instead of almonds. I've increased the nuts to 1 cup and it's very yummy. Also, I only use about 1 cup of the filling to mix into the melted chocolate. Make sure the eggs/sour cream/cream cheese are all at room temp. I will even microwave my cream cheese in a bowl for about 30 seconds just to make sure it's nice and soft. Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Love this recipe!! I used 1.2 cup butter and 1 cup crisco and it was perfect. Let everything get to room temp before mixing. Did preheat the oven. Had to cook the cake at 325 for almost 2 hours though. Came out perfectly! Excellent taste! Added vanilla extract and alittle almond as well.

Crispy Zucchini or Pumpkin Blossoms

I really loved this recipe! My husband couldn't say enough good things about them! I did have to add 7 tablespoons of beer instead of just 2 water---I did all beer instead of water and it was very very good!!!

I used applesauce inplace of the butter. Not sure if this caused the problem I incountered. It came out way too wet eventhough I baked it for additional time.
