Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

Reviewed: May 20, 2014
Loved the recipe but next time I'll leave out the oil. I usually try to stick to the recipe but I did add seasoning salt and garlic salt. Delicious!

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 20, 2014
Great recipe. After trying many chicken kabobs recipes this one is the best. Made the left over marinade into a glaze and basted the kabobs the last 5 minutes of grilling. Amazing!

Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2012
I loved this! Tastes a lot like lasagna without all the work. I did add hot italian sausage along with the ground beef. Made my own sauce but kept everything else the same. Was a bit worried about using the sour cream but it tasted great. Will definitely make again.

Just finished with dinner and one word, amazing! I doubled the recipe and seasoned the chicken to taste but everything else stayed the same. My husband loved it and request I mix in some shrimp too. Definitely a keeper.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
Love this chicken! I will be making this again. I made the recipe as written and it was delicious. Next time I make the marinade I'm going to add some chopped jalapeno and cayenne pepper for some spice.

Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
This was my first time making a pot pie and it was a hit. It was so easy and the results were fantastic. I did bake the bottom crust first for 6 minutes and had good results. I had too much filing and save the rest so my boyfriend can eat as a soup. I can't wait to try this with chicken.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
This meat had no flavor. The broth was ok. The only thing that saved my sandwiches was all the cheese and peppers and onions. I wish I liked it better after all the trouble.

Lemon Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
This was just ok. Not too much citrus flavor and I even substituted oj for the water. If I make this again I'll add lemon and orange zest and some extract. If there is a next time.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
I usually don't like hot wings but I make them for my family. These wings were so great I even loved them. Very crispy and tasty. You can adjust the spices in the flour which I like. I dipped all my wings in the sauce but next time I'm going to experiment with other sauces and maybe some lemon pepper. This recipe has taken the place of my old recipe.

Phoenician's Key Lime Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
This pie was so easy to make and very delicious. My only complaint is I forgot to buy some whip cream, would have tasted great on the pie. The almonds in the crust are amazing.

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
Wonderful tasting sauce! The one thing I did different was thicken the sauce up with some fried flour. Was a little to thin for my taste. I also roll the enchiladas and bake them at 350.

Easy Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2007
Really good and really easy. I added fresh mushrooms that I had sauted in butter and fresh broccoli instead of the canned and frozen stuff. My boyfriend loved it and I will definitely be making this again.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2007
This dip is wonderful! I made one batch and didn't think it was enough so I made another batch and mixed the two together and baked for 40 minutes. I mixed the mozzarella in, added some extra garlic cloves and a couple teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes. I sprinkeled a bit of extra cheese on top. I served it with tiny pumpernikel triangle and tortilla chips. Everyone loved it. Next time I won't add any additional salt to taste. Will definetly make again.

Orange Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: May 21, 2007
This recipe is so good and tasty. I will so be using it again. My hard to please husband who never gives out compliments was telling me how good it was and that I have to make it again. I love the orange flavor that comes from the marmalade. Definetly add 1/4 cup of the stuff. The oregano might seem like a lot when your mixing it together but believe me it's not. The finish product is wonderful.

Fajita Marinade II

Reviewed: May 21, 2007
This marinade smelled really good in the bowl but when I was done cooking the steak my husband and I found it very sour tasting. I don't know if it was because of the vinegar or the lemon and lime juice but I didn't like it very much. I'm going to try one of the other fajita recipes and I hope it turns out better.
