This was VERY good! Great flavor & moistness. Needed to bake a little longer then directed though. Will def make this again. Easy & delish! Went perfect with the Black Bean Salsa Soup I made. Got that recipe from here too! :)

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Made these little loaves of happiness today! SOOO moist & delish! I will def be making this again! I accidently put in a whole cup of butter opposed to the 3/4 cup it called for and it was fabooooo!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

AMAZING cookies!! I didn't make the drizzle (I had to make 16 dozen) & they were awesome. Got nothing but rave reviews from the cookie exchange I went to. Will def keep this one! I followed the few other reviews by adding the extra flour & they were buttery & perfect! :)

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Best apple pie Ive ever had!! I added some cinnamon & raisins to the mixture & made my own brown sugar using 1 cup of whit sugar to 1/2 cup dark molasses. Lemme tell ya it was unreal!! Let it cool completely before serving due to all the juices. HIGHLY RECCOMEND W/VANILLA ICE CREAM TOO!!! :)

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

AMAZING. Def a keeper. I cut my chicken into strips & leme tell ya, it went SO fast. Its a gourmet tasting dish! Hubby was quite impressed! Its better the 2nd day as all the flavors really penetrate the chicken. Perfect w/a good bottle of white wine. I made herb roasted new potatoes w/this dish & it was perfect. Thank you SO much! Blueberry Buckle

WOW..talk about yummy. I served this warm w/a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Oh man, it was to die for. I HIGHLY reccomend. Especially if ur bringing a dessert over to a friends house. You will be the hit of the dinner!!!

Penne in Vodka Cream

WOW..Thats the 1st word that popped into my head once I made & tried this recipe. Put it this way, now at every famiy function it is my duty to make this. I scaled it to 25 people & had it for a christening & a 50th bday party. Very rich & so tasty. I added some parsley for a lil extra taste. But I make this at least once a month for my family. My niece eats it for breakfast! Enough said...

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Ok so this was BY FAR the BEST london broil I ever made!!! My hubby couldnt get enough of it. Whats funnier is that I messed up the recipe a bit & it came out amazing. Instead of putting 1/4 cup of soy I used 1/4 cup of Wistershire sauce & only a touch of soy. I didnt have the liquid smoke either but under teh broiler it came out amazing! I HIGHLY reccomend it to garlic lovers!!!! Thank you sooo much Angie! This ones a keeper for sure!

Caramelized Baked Chicken
