Phyllo Turnovers with Shrimp and Ricotta Filling

I made these Christmas Eve and everyone loved them. They are a great appetizer. One week later I took the recipe doubled it,(except for flour only used 2 TBL, added 1/3 cup more milk, 8 more drops of Tabasco and served it over Angel Hair Pasta, again everyone loved it.

Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade

I didn't have dark beer so I used Austrian beer, it still turned out great. My husband even loves it and he hates everything. Thank you for the great marinade.

Walnut-Filled Pillows

These cookies were amazing. They became my family's favorite from day one. I couldn't cut the squares right so I used a 2.5 inch glass and made them in circles. Do not overfill as they will leak...but still taste great anyway. Thank you for the great recipe

Absolute Mexican Cornbread
