Baked Macaroni and Cheese
This came out extremely clumpy for it. It didn't have a bad flavor, but I wasn't impressed. I probably won't make this again, I was definitely looking for something much creamier in texture.

Connie's Quick Stew
A great basic stew. I left out the carrots, because my family hates them. I also decided to add frozen peas and Lima beans. All was well. It seems like almost anything could be added and it would taste good. I make a whole pot of this and then freeze it in containers for my husband's lunch.

Alfredo Sauce
I thought this was a great basic sauce. It was my first time making alfredo from scratch and it came out really well. Thanks to the reviewer below who suggested separating some of the sauce, mixing the egg yolk into that, and then readding it. My husband and I both enjoyed it. We serve it over portobello stuffed tortelloni so the flavoring was perfect. However, if using plain pasta then some spices may be desired.
