This was a fantastic recipe. I typically only make the recipes that have high review counts but I am glad I changed my mind for this one. I used this recipe to make cookies for my banana pudding. The held up perfectly in the pudding and didn't get soggy like the store bought does. I am completely sold on this simple and quick recipe.
Oh and I substituted amaretto for the vanilla which I believe is becoming my secret ingredient!
