Cranberry Apple Raisin Stuffing

I made this at Thanksgiving and my family LOVED it! My husband asked me to fix it with scrambled eggs last week and that will be where I will fix it when we have it. It is absolutely delicious!!!!! And I am not a vegetarian!

Blueberry Dump Cake

All of the cake mix did not 'cook' so it was powdery on top. I made it in a 9x13 and maybe I did not add enough something for juices---anyway I ate it. I would lighten up the sugar-it was too sweet for me.

London Broil for the Slow Cooker

It was good, but not 'to-die-for' good. The meat was a little dry for my taste, but I will try it again and cook it for less time. Overall, good recipe!

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Let me tell you-I am the only one in my house who likes reubens, so this was a hard sell- but it was awesome!!!! My husband and 20 year old son loved this! In fact, the leftovers were actively fought over. They can't wait until we have it again. The best recipe ever!!

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

I made this last week and my family loved it! The pork was so tender that I just 'melted in your mouth'. My mommma, who was a fantastic cook, gives this meal a "10"!
