Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
These are absolutely delicious! I always make them with frozen green beans, that I thaw first, and they're still awesome (although i'm sure fresh is even better). My husband asks for them all the time and our toddler loves them too- definately a family favorite- thanks for sharing!

Broccoli with Roasted Red Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
I only had dried parsley and I added more garlic (we love garlic) and peppers. It was nice to try broccoli with something other than butter or cheese- very yummy!

Stuffed Shells IV

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
This is soooo tasty!! The shells can be a pain to work with if you over-cook them (I learned that the hard way!), but the recipe is great! Even better the next day, as most pasta is :) Thanks for sharing!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
Any recipe that gets my toddlers to eat shrimp deserves ten stars- my husband couldn't get it off the skewer fast enough for them!:) They would never eat shrimp before trying this! Great recipe the whole family loved- thanks so much for sharing!!

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
Very tasty and easy to make!! I omit the chile paste (too hot for the kiddos) and water chesnuts (hubby's not a fan) but it's still great! I only use 1 T. cornstarch or the sauce gets too thick for my taste. Thanks for the easy family meal :)

Mexican Lasagna II

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
I thought this was a great base recipe. I only use 1 can of beans and add black olives, green chilies and salsa in between the layers. Very tasty and easy to adjust to your own taste. Thanks for an easy family dinner!

Jalapeno Hummus

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
This is by far the best hummus that we have tried!! I've tried others that were O.K., but tasted like they were missing something. This recipe is perfect! I had to sub lime for lemon juice (i was out) and it still turned out delicious (I also used a whole can of chickpeas)! Thanks for sharing such a tasty hummus recipe- we now have a new favorite!!

This is a great variation from PB&J! My kids (both toddlers) love raisins, so this went over really well! My 3 year old said, and I quote, "This sandwich is amazing!!" Thanks for sharing :)

Chicken Supreme II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
Very tasty! My toddlers love it (minus the mushrooms- more for me :)! I use skim milk & chicken broth in place of cream and sherry. I also cut chicken into strips and cook on stovetop over med. heat in pan coated with cooking spray (to cut out oil and butter) for first half of cooking time, then bake with sauce for second half. Turns out moist and soft without the added fat! Fresh mushrooms and garlic make a difference!
