I used this as the base recipe and twisted it up using other users suggestions and a little flavor. Runny/won't stick together? Strain the veggies after you put them through the food processor. You can do this in a strainer or, even better, a cloth towel/cheese cloth. If you have ever made tzatziki you know what I'm talking about! You must add cilantro to the veggies when you chop them in the food processor! The flavor adds that extra kick that many that posted on this recipe are looking for. I used 1 bunch for a double batch. Also add kosher salt and fresh ground pepper! This is a must! I doubled this recipe for the family and acutally still left the 1 tbsp cumin/chili powder and 1 tsp hotsauce (used Yucateca habenero hot sauce) the same and the flavor was good.
