Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

I added vital wheat gluten (3TBS). Came out well. A nice slightly dense wheat bread, perfect texture for making sandwiches.

Mock Sour Cream II

Perfect for use as an ingredient, dont think it would be as good as a stand alone topping, unless you become accustomed to the taste of it. Thanks for submitting, this will be a huge help in a pinch!

Made this with Ideal for the brown sugar mix as well as the confectioners sugar. Left regular sugar in the dough so the yeast would have something to eat. Turned out really great. The Ideal brown doesnt melt the same so its not as 'gooie' but still a very tasty product!

Pretzel Turtles

These are very easy, and pretty tastey. I made a batch with the Hershy's sugar-free chocolate covered chocolate mini bars. Very good! They take a bit longer to set up, but worth it if you are trying to make diabetic friendly treats.

Mom's Favorite Meatloaf

We LOVED this recipe!! We used a Hot pork sausage and wheat club crackers. I was afraid that it would be to spicy because of the hot sausage, but it blended with the beef and came out perfectly seasoned.

Carrots in Dill Butter

This is a favorite in our house. I first tried it for my husband who adores cooked carrots. I didnt expect to like it myself because I dont care for carrots at all. Shock me, but I love this recipe too!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Very good. I'm not a fan of potatoes (hubby loves them) but even I thought these were good. Didnt have any provalone, but used mixed cheese and the parm. Also added onion and bacon. Will make again!

Albino Pasta

Pretty tasty and 'clean'.. I did make some changes.. I added twice the garlic, about 1/4c of diced onion sauteed in the olive oil, a dash of 'grind'n grill' seasoning and more cheese. I served topped with sauteed beef tips. Very good.

Belles Hamburger Buns

Very easy, and quite tasty. Cant wait to experiment with it. Oh, a lot of reviewers said that theres stuck to the parchement paper. I used silicon baking mats and had no problem at all.

Pizza Dough I

This recipe is okay. It tastes pretty much like a quick bread rather than a yeast bread. I added garlic powder and italian seasoning. Also, I used 1 cup of whole wheat flour to replace 1 cup of all purpose flour. For a really Quick pizza, I would recomend this. For a really Good pizza, I think I will look again.
