Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 14, 2013
This enchilada recipe is one of the best I've tried on this site. My husband loved them and so did I. Followed recipe exactly but did add some cumin and baked the chicken instead of boiling. Just a personal preference. Absolute delicious. They are phenominal and will definitely be making these again. Thanks for the recipe.

Zippy Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
Very Good recipe but I thought the ginger was a little too predominate for my taste. Enjoyed it though. Next time I'll use less ginger. Thanks for sharing.

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
I liked the recipe but was way too sweet for me. I even added more vinegar but couldn't seem to eliminate the amount of sweetness. I didn't add water I don't think it was necessary and I didn't boil the liquids to pour over the mixture. Came out fine except for that one problem I encountered. Next time I think I'll cut the sugar down to 1/8 or 1/4 cup. Thay may even be too much but it's worth a try.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
This recipe is outstanding. The lamb was the best I've ever tasted. It's very important to use a good balsamic vinegar. I will definitely be making this on a regular basis and the only way I'll be making it from now on. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe. It was awesome.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
This recipe was so easy and so delicious. The only changes I made was after 5 hours I removed the chicken separated it with a fork and put it back in the crock pot to absorb the rest of the sauce while it finished cooking. Iserved it on a hoagie roll with Bleau cheese dressing and leafy lettuce. Delicious. My husband and I loved It. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

All I can say is WOW!! This is a fantastic recipe. The only changes I made were 4 cups of milk, and instead of water I used 2 bottles of clam juice. I also omitted the flounder and added extra shrimp. I also mince 3 cloves of garlic to sautee with the green pepper & onion. Instead of serving it with rice I serves it over Puff Pastries. Absolutely delious. My husband and I loved it. Thanks for the recipe. BIG HIT!!!!!

WOW!!! What a fantastic recipe. I took other reviewers advice and sauteed 1 onion & 4 cloves garlic to add to the mix. I only had 1 jar of sauce but it still came out great. Next time though I will definitely use the 1 1/2 jars as recommended in the recipe. My husband and I LOVED this recipe. It's a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

WOW!! What a fantastic recipe. I did alter it a bit to suit our taste. I used a whole jar of salsa, 3 chicken breasts, 2 packets of taco seasoning, cumin, chile powder, 2 cans of mexi-corn (undrained), and insterad of water I used some chicken broth. I also added some sliced black olives. Instead of crushed tostidos I used corn tortillas. I also chopped up some scallions and sprinkled them in with the cheese. My husband and I loved it. Thanks for the recipe Sue. This ones a keeper!!!!!!!!!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2008
EXCELLENT RECIPE !!! My family and I thought these were the best ribs we've ever eaten. The only changes I made were to omit the oregano and replace it with 1 tsp. parsley flakes and 1 tsp. garlic powder. After cooking the ribs on low for 7 hours, I placed them in a shallow baking dish and broiled them to make the sauce stick better. It was difficult getting the ribs out of the crock pot because the meat was falling apart it was so tender. Thanks for the recipe Suzanne. It was a big hit with my family.

What a fantastic recipe. I did add fresh asparagus and about a 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. I didn't have savory, so I used 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning and 1/2 tsp. thyme. Other than that I followed the recipe as is. My husband and kids raved about this dish. Thanks for such a great recipe Lori. It's definitely a keeper !!!!!!!
