Excellent. I only bake half the batter at once because the baked muffins dry out quickly. I prefer to chop the raisins or add chocolate chips for the kids.

I wasn't crazy about this recipe. I did have to substitute dried basil for fresh. I'm not sure how much difference it would have made to have fresh basil.

I made this again tonight and it is so easy and so tasty. Be very generous with the spices. I baste about 4 times during cooking. I once omitted the celery because I didn't have any, and it was not as juicy.

This was great! I did not add the shallots, sugar, or tequila, and I used cilantro instead of oregano. I took another reviewer's advice and cooked the fish in the marinade. I did not line the pan with tin foil. Excellent!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

I make this all the time. I really like marinating 4 tenderloins and then cooking one and freezing 3 for later use. Thanks for an easy, delicious recipe. I love the way the house smells as I'm cooking it!

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

I liked it, but my husband didn't (he didn't like the sugar). I baked them at 350F for 7 minutes a side and then broiled them for 1 minute a side and they were very nice and tender.

I followed someone's advice to include onion soup mix, and I wish I hadn't. It was too salty and too oniony. Even so, these were good, and I give them a 5 based on the original recipe. The sauce was great.
