Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
Made these exactly according to directions and they were great. Even my choosy husband loved them. I used Allote garlic and herb cheese, soo good. I think I am going to try it with the spinach and artichoke cheese next. Thanks for another easy quick way for this working mom to put a good meal on the table

Classic Goulash

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
Just made this recipe tonight and my family loved it. I made just as the recipe called for where I could but did not have soy sauce so i used worchestershire sauce. I will also try original way but it was just as great tonight. I did add green peppers as other reviewers suggested but you could alter this recipe many ways with what you would like to add. It is definitely going in my regular cycle of meals!

Wyoming Cowboy Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
I made this exactly according to recipe!! My entire family about devours the entire batch as they come out of the oven. There is nothing not to love about this cookie. Chocolate, coconut, nuts, and oats all in one delicious cookie. I make an extra batch and make into 2 rolls and freeze. Next time I want cookies I just take out a roll, cut off some cookies and bake. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
Made this while looking for recipes without sour cream or buttermilk. Absolutely one of my go to recipes now. So yummy especially warm out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream or fresh whipped topping. I made exactly as recipe calls but added a tbls more milk to batter. For those who do not think it is sweet enough, the crazy good topping is sweet enough to carry through to the cake. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe!!!

Hawaiian Wedding Cake II

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Wonderful and so easy. I am not a fan of overly sweet frostings, and this I could have eaten by the bucket full. Did not have 2 cans of pineapple so I only used 1 and although it was still great I wish I would have had the extra can. Use your reserved pineapple juice for the water needed in cake mix and when cake was done I poked holes all over and added 1/4c of the juice to soak in before frosting...AMAZING, I suggest you sit it in the fridge overnight before serving. Thanks for the recipe...
