One Bowl Brownies
These were all right- not overly impressive. They were easy, I'll give them that much. I topped mine with peanut butter frosting and Reese's PB cups, and it made them much better.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have my last batch in the oven right now, and they are great! I used white chocolate pudding instead, and it is tasty. I also used Nielsen-Massey real vanilla. If you have never used this particular brand, and you like to bake, you need to try it. It is the ultimate in vanillas.

Fruit Pizza II
The mixture of the Cool Whip and cream cheese was a little bland, so I added about 3/4C of sifted powdered sugar. This made the sauce a little thicker, and tasted sweeter. Great recipe!
