Warm Caramel Apple Cake

Very good recipe. I made this for my card club and they raved about it. I used three apples, arranging them on top of the pecans. It was beautiful when flipped onto the cake plate. Very nice presentation and great, great taste. Yummy.

Pumpkin Raisin Scones

The taste was great. They are more like muffins than scones as stated, but very quick and easy. I soaked the raisins in orange juice to moisten them before mixing.

Easy Polenta with Tomato Sauce

My daughter always ate polenta with sauce and I wouldn't try it. I made this recipe and it is so very yummy. I can hardly wait to make again. I loved it!
