Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
These cookies are seriously good. I added walnuts and cranberries....Yummmy. You can save some time by not flattening with a fork. They come out looking puffy but flatten out when cooled into a beautiful cookie.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

These cookies are CRAZY good! Whole family loved them. I ended up using 3-4 tblsp of half and half instead of whipping cream in the filling. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2007
Awesome! I made a few changes. I used fully cooked tomatoe, herb and parmesan turkey breast that I purchased at Costco. I cooked the carrots, celery and onion in the butter for 10 mins or so...added the flour and liquid as directed and when sauce was thick I threw in the cooked turkey and frozen peas. The rest was the same and it turned out great. Definetly a keeper! Thank you for the recipe.

Herb-Crusted Chuck Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2007
I could not say enough about this recipe. Soooo good. I didn't have bread crumbs or savory so I used crushed up soda crackers and italian seasoning instead. I added raw baby carrots, cut up potatoes and onions around the roast. Pour about 2 cups of beef broth over the veggies and cook as directed. At the very end I broiled the top of the roast to crisp up the topping. It turned out great. My husband said it was O.K to have this every Sunday! This recipe is a keeper.
