Cherry Pound Cake

Delicious! I added 1 cup of white chocolate chips to the batter... and taste was even better! Very creamy and sweet.

Wow! I didn't know making pizza sauce was so easy. I couldn't seem to stop smelling this suace. I didn't think that it was too necessary to let sit for a few hours, though, but if you have time, why not?

Garlic Yeast Bread

Haha... I made this bread by hand, waiting for it to rise... this recipe made my parents scram out of the house. Fast. If you don't like the smell of raw garlic, then you won't like making this bread. I baked it at 375 degrees for about 23 minutes. Once I finished baking it though, it smelled really good, and tasted even better! I just used one clove of garlic, I think it made the garlic taste subtler.

Basic Corn Muffins

Really great corn flavor. Whenever I bake with cornmeal, I like to sift it first so that it won't be so grainy. My dad loves cornmeal, and he said that this was a great recipe: not too oily or sugary!

Jam Muffins

Delish! I made this with strawberry jam for my parents on a Saturday morning. I added a little less jam so that is wasn't overly sweet, and it is also really light! Just a note: If you divide the recipe in half like I did, you might still want to use one egg.
