This was a great marindae, though like some other reveiwers suggested, go light on the soy sauce. I'm not a big pork or lamb eater so i went with what i had in the firdge and used a VERY VERY cheap, not so lean steak. I cut the steak into EXTREMLEY thin sliced and then dropped them into the marinade to soak for a day. When i was ready to cook i just took the meat, and the marinade dumped it into a frying pan with some mushrooms, and then packed it all into a pita with some lettuce, tomato, onion, feta, and the tzahiki I recipe from this site. It was great! Thanks for such an awsome marinade!!
