Seven Layer Taco Dip

I make this in a trifle dish and it is not only beautiful, but it tastes awesome!! Everyone still askes for this for parties and family get togethers. I had a bbq for some friends and used this as the centerpieces for my table. It was awesome!!

Pig Pickin' Cake

This cake is wonderful! It's light and not too sweet. It's perfect for a light dessert after a summer cookout. I bake for a living and I didn't change a thing!!

Carrot Cake V

I've been baking a version of this carrot cake for years and it is one of the best cakes I've ever tasted. I add an 8 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained) to the mix. It's out of this world!!
