WOW!!! I didn't expect such a simple recipe to be so tasty!! As per other's suggestions, I doubled the o.j. and soy sauce and added two chopped scallions. Sine I had the time, I placed the eight chicken thighs and about 2/3 of the marinade in a ziploc bag and placed in fridge for 2 hours. Instead of baking in the oven, I placed it on the rack of my slow cooker/roaster oven on 350 and basted every half hour with the extra marinade.Cooked for about one hour and 20 mins. and served over rice Deelicious! Even better the next day after mixing all leftovers together in same tupperware in frdge overnight.This is a keeper!!!! Thanks, Bev!
