This is a fun summer desset. My kids enjoyed making it. It looks great. The gelatin makes it melt slower than a regular popsicle. Just make sure you have the time to allow everything to set before rushing on to the next step.

Irish Shamrock Cookies

Cookies taste ok but don't try to roll these out. I chilled and rolled with wax paper and still found it nearly impossible to cut out cookies. Instead I formed the shamrocks by hand. Much less frustrating and the same result.

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

I've made this several times and always love it. Made this with venison tonight. Tasted great. Had to add extra broth to the slow cooker because of the lean cut of meat. I'll be using this recipe for venison more often.

Spinach Strudels

Much better than I ever expected it to be. I'm not a huge spinach fan but I loved the flavor of the dill, feta, and spinach together. To cut the calories I substituted butter flavored cooking spray for the butter.
