Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2015
Best tenderloin I have ever made!!! Tripled the marinade so that I would have sauce to serve with it!! Since it is snow out, I took the suggestion to sear on stove top and cook for 30 minutes in oven at 350!! It came out so perfect!!

Best Oyster Chowder Ever

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2014
Wow!!! What a great recipe. I happened to have carrots and celery so added both in addition to the other veggies. Had to ad an extra cup of water to cook them in, but it worked nicely into the soup! The vegetable water just makes the soup so tasty. This is now our Oyster Chowder Recipe!!!

Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

I love this recipe and will make it all the time!!! I didn't have croutons so I made my own, but next time will try it with buttery crackers!! I think that would be perfect!!

Unstuffed Cabbage Roll

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2014
This is the best!!! My Mom lives with me so it is hard for the two of us to eat the whole recipe!! This freezes wonderfully in individual serving portions. We both love it!! I would say everyone should adjust the spices to their individual tastes This is a great basic recipe!!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2014
I don't make lasagna very often, but when I do, I make this recipe. It is the best! The only difference I do is add more ricotta to it as my family likes the cheese. Can't go wrong with this one!!

Cherry Cobbler I

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2014
Loved it!!! Since we did not know how to pit raw cherries, we covered them with water and brought them to a boil to soften and make it easier to pit. The water took on the flavor of the cherries so instead of using plain boiling water, we used the cherry juice. Cut back on the sugar by half because we had the sweet cherry juice. Really was a great way to use up our cherries!!

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
I add onions & celery which I sauté separate from the meat (I use turkey to make it healthier). I also split my peppers in half and fill them right in the pan. Like one of the other reviews, I cover when I cook and for the last 5 minutes sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Really is yummy!!
