Cilantro-Lime Dressing
I made this as close to the exact recipe except I flipped the honey & lime juice measurements (only because I prefer tangy to sweet). It was amazing! Thank you! I'll try the vinegar suggestions next time too!

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing
This recipe was fantastic! I've made a few minor changes since making it the first time. I omit the sugar and vinegar (saves on calories & sugar intake). Cut the oil in half (use olive instead of vegetable) and use fresh squeezed lemon (like one reviewer suggested). Also, I found it's easier to use cherry tomatoes instead of slicing large ones. Very light and refreshing... thanks for the recipe!

Black Bean Salad
I'm giving this 5 stars because I followed the recipe to a T the first time and it was fantastic. The second time I made some minor changes for convenience: I bought fresh pico de gallo in the vegetable section at the grocery store in place of chopping the tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions (bonus: it came seasoned). I used 1 can of corn and 2 cans of black beans and omitted the Italian dressing (since the pico was seasoned so well and it saves calories).
