Spiced Quinoa

Wow is this good! This was my first time making quinoa and I love it! Will definitely make again. I did not add the beans, nuts, or raisins as my family does not care for them. Still awesome!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Yum, yum, yum! My 9 year old and 9 month old loved this recipe! This is a keeper. I used pillsbury biscuits that needed to be used up and it turned out great.

Everyone loved these for Easter. I used different ingredients with the basic recipe and they came out great! I tried blueberry cranberry juice with both orange and strawberry flavored jello. Very versitile recipe.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Bacon and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

We all loved it. The bacon adds a smokey flavor. I was nervous about my 9 year old not liking it, but she did! I didn't stuff them as I had no time, but I mixed everything up and put it on the chicken and it turned out great. Will definitely make this again. Super easy to make during a busy week.

Almond Apricot Jam

The taste is amazing! I used canned apricots and just blended them, cooked and added the almond and cinnamon. I'd definitely make it again! I did add some sugar to my liking though.

Creamy Chicken Pot Pie

Excellent! My family loved this recipe. I followed other reviewer's advice when they said it was a little dry and added a bit of sour cream to the mix and it was perfect! Will definitely be making this recipe again.
