Cajun Seafood Pasta
I give this a 5 stars based on taste, but 2 stars since I was expecting pasta with some kind of sauce on top. I didn't add red pepper flakes and only used 1 tsp of black pepper. The taste was amazing! The consistency however, was way too thick to be putting on pasta. It was more of a Cajun Seafood Dip that you would eat with chips or crackers. I still give it 5 stars because the flavor was amazing but next time I will try some of the suggestions on here and either add 2 cups of milk, (or 4 cups of fat free half/half), or take out some of the sauce to mix with the noodles before adding the cheese.

Awesome and easy to make! I used Bacardi Oakheart spiced rum since it was what I had, and it was very good. Somebody mentioned lighting on fire so you can serve to kids... The rum I used was 70 proof, the same proof as kirkland vanilla. Cooking for 2 minutes will cook out almost all, if not all of the alcohol.

Apple Pie in a Jar Drink
Alcohol evaporates at 173 degrees so before you add your alcohol or when reheating for later consumption, keep it below 173. This recipe needs a clove, some vanilla, and a LOT more liquor in it. A liter of grain alcohol is 3.74 gallons at 90% alcohol. For ease of math, let's call it 1/4th a gallon at 100%. Two gallons of apple liquid is 8/4th, so 9 parts toal with 1 part alcohol is 11% or 22 proof. This recipe needs to double the grain alcohol to get it to 20% or 40 proof, (add a stick of cinnamon to each jar and let it set for a few weeks to simmer the taste), or add a bottle of bottle of 100 proof Vanilla Vodka to get it to 30 proof.
