Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

It's delicious, however I think it needs some fresh jalepeno or maybe serrano pepper to balance out the sweeteness of the corn. But even still, it was absolutely wonderful!

This fudge is absolutely amazing. But I read a few comments that say that it makes too much, so I halved the recipe-I should have followed it because the fudge was less than half an inch thick. Otherwise, it was wonderful :)

Goat Cheese and Tomato Pizza

It was okay. Something was missing, fresh basil might help but I don't know. It was kinda dry too.

Quick Chicken Divan

It was pretty good. It needed fresh onion, garlic, and celery. I might sub cream of broccoli for cream of mushroom.

Roasted Tomato Curry Soup

I followed the recipe exactly except substituted the saffron for just a pinch of tumeric. It was awful. I couldn't even eat it. It sounded delicious though.
