Overnight Bubble Bread
I LOVE this recipe. It is so quick and easy. I specifically used Rhodes frozen dinner rolls and make the recipe (except for baking) the night before and let it rise of the counter in an angel food cake pan. It will be a family tradition from here on out.

Coconut Curry Fish
I found this recipe bland. I am not sure what I could do to improve it either. My husband cannot handle much heat, so I am at a loss at how to spice this up without burning my hubby's mouth. I was not impressed and will look for another curried fish recipe.

Green Beans with Bread Crumbs
This recipe was ok. I changed it up a bit to get better results. I sauted fresh minced garlic in the olive oil before tossing the green beans. Much more d-lish. I also used far less bread crumbs.
