Really good! My mom used to make this as a kid and I wanted to make mine a little different. i added mushrooms when I was browning the beef as I wanted more vegetables. I added worcestershire, garlic and a pinch of beef stew mix as I didn't have brown gravy. I then put corn and carrots then the potatoes! It turned out great!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

MMM. Very good! I cut the potato's thinner and used a bigger casserole dish, so I only had to cook them for about 45 min. I followed the sauce recipe exactly but I followed other reviewers and would layer the potatoes then add some shredded cheese, salt and pepper than pour sauce.

Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is my husband's favorite fish recipe, I have to cook extra since he always wants seconds!! I do follow the advice of others and add some bread crumbs and old bay.

Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese

I like to steam my asparagus first then put 1 tbsp. of butter in a pan over med heat add 3 cloves of garlic then add the almonds and asparagus and I stir for a couple minutes and put on a serving plate and then sprinkle the parmesan on top. The garlic really makes the dish!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Very good. I did double the garlic and ginger since I thought the soy sauce might overpower the sauce. I did cook my fish a little longer than 6 minutes since they were really thick fillets. I will def be making this again...maybe next time try it on chicken or porkchops!!

Rustic Sausage Pasta

My husband and I liked this sauce, but I did make some adjustments, instead of crumbling the sausage I cooked it first then cut it into pieces. Also I needed more sauce, so I added a bit from a jar. All in all a good recipe.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

My husband and I loved this dish. I love shrimp in my pasta! We did use Penne instead of angel hair pasta. And I added mushrooms, squash, and red bell pepper when I was sauteing the shrimp. Also I used twice as much garlic and sprinkled lots of old bay onto the shrimp.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

My husband had never had brussel sprouts, so I thought that this would be a great beginning. I even had him make them and they turned out perfect! He is now a huge fan. Thank you!
