Baked French Toast
I can't tell you how many times I have made this! Every girls weekend I am in charge of breakfast and as always, everyone LOVES it! The only thing I do different is I use fat free cream and skim milk!

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans
I read a lot of the reviews and was almost confused because of all the variations.. but it was great because I fig how could I mess it up. I used Chicken Sausage (which I hadn't read that anyone else used that)broke it up and blended fresh garlic, s+p and cooked in a little olive oil, meanwhile I was cooking potatos (sliced as suggested) 1 red pepper, 1 onion, about a cup of green beans, crushed red pepper, tbsp of butter in the oven at 425.. Once the chicken sausage was cooked I just added it to the dish in the over.. This was really good amd I would def make it again..

Shepherd's Pie VI
This recipe was so easy to follow, but instead of Ground Beef I used Ground Turkey and instead of beef broth I used chicken broth. I did take some of the suggestions from other users and added 2 cloves of garlic and added some worstershire sauce. My boyfriend is very picky about his Shepherd's Pie, but he loved this! Using the turkey was nice, less greasy and less fat!!!!
