Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is really, really good. I am about to go and make these right now. My hubbie works on oil rigs and I am sending him to work with a batch. A true test it will be. I can't imagine the guys not liking them. I bake mine on parchment paper and they come out beautiful. I have not tried doubling it yet as I read it doesn't turn out great. Has anyone tried? I do use ALL the chips. Is that not what a CC cookie should be? Loaded with chips and gooey? A cold glass of milk and heaven is around the corner. I'm a personal chef and baker and I have made many CC cookies and I found this one meets all the needs of a GREAT CC cookie. Julie Thanks for a great cookie.

ABC (Absolute Best Chewy) Chocolate Chippers

This was really, really good. I am personal chef and I can say I have made hundreds of CC cookies. The vote on this one with my clients was 5 stars. This will be my go to cookie from now on. I wish it made more at one time!! I think I read in the reviews it did not double well but heck for the taste I will make it again while the first batch is baking. Good job.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

It was alright. I like a bread with more pumpkin taste. I found it was just ok. I did sprinkle some powdered sugar on the top for a bit more sweetness. I think I will stick to the one I have been using for years.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

I am a personal chef and had LOTS of pie orders this thanksgiving. I have a reciped I have been using forever, but thought I would try this one for one client. It got great feedback. I did make a mini one for our house and the rating was good. It will be a keeper.

Best Brownies

I am sure these would be better if I had doubled them as others have. The first time with a recipe on this site, I make it as it calls for. I thought these were not good. I am a personal chef and have been making brownies forever. My fail proof recipe is the one on the back of Bakers Chocolate (In Canada). I would not make these again. I tried it because it got such rave reviews.
