they are excellent! we are going to use them for many diffrent dish ideas. easy to make to. i cut the recipe in half and it still made a lot.

Cream Soup Base

i will never buy canned again! i ran out of milk and had to use a fourth of what was called for. it came out perfect. i cooked 1 rib of celery in the butter before adding anything else to cook it through so it wasn't crunchy and bring out the celery flavor fast. so good!!

Fry Bread Tacos II

this is an amazing recipe! it is very versitile. i was directed by another member to this recipe after a fruitless quest for taco bell chalupa bread. i was not disapointed! it is so easy! i used it last for a pizzaria style pizza crust. very tasty!

Fresh Yeast Bread

it is the best tasting bread ever. i can't make it fast enough. even though it is for a large amount already it still isn't enough! i substitute the shortening with a 1/3 cup of canola oil. it just makes the whole process a little faster. it doesn't change the flavor or texture.

it is so simple! i had sticking problems big time, but that is my own fault. the pieces i used drooped, maybe my fault again. white chocolate takes color well. it is a great recipe!!
