Lamb Tagine

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2009
This recipe was really tasty,I've never tried any Moroccan fare before, but now I will defiantly be trying so more of from this cuisine.I have already made this twice!! =) I did the recipe pretty much to the instructions except I used fresh Ginger and fresh Garlic.I didn't get a chance to marinate the Lamb for a long time but it still tasted delicious and everybody liked it including my brother who hates Lamb (a turn out for the books) I served it with couscous(which i flavoured myself)

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping

Reviewed: May 30, 2008
I have never made a fish meal from scratch and everybody loved and raved about it! I changed the recipe;I used fresh garlic and added some fresh rosemary but kept the recipe the same apart from those alterations.Very tasty,I'll be making again and again.

White Chocolate Blondies

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
I really like these,I made the blondies last night and they were great, but they took long to cook.I cook them in the oven and it cook on the out side and the inside was runny,so i turned the oven down to about 100.c and cook in 45 mins so i marked the recipe down for that reason.Everyone like them and wanted more, but i lied so i could eat them my self.lol I will be making again for sure

Penne with Garlicky Broccolini

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
Yummy!!Everybody love this and ate this fast,at my house and were asking for seconds!!I didn't know what broccolini was but i am guessing it might be what we call tenderstem here in the UK.I did the recipe slightly different, I added some cherry tomatoes and pancetta instead of bacon (about 3 cups of pre-cut ,cubed)and i used a broccoli floret and added an onion aswell.
