i was thinking that bcz of the vedetable shortening this was going to have that flaky kinda crust. instead its kind of like a cake. it was really good none the less!

I used 1/2 cup of pineapple juice and 1/2 cup of orange juice instead bcz i realized in the middle of making the marinade i didn't have enough pineapple juice. i marinated it for 24 hrs and it was absolutly delicious!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

realllly good!. i seasoned one whole 5 1/2 lbs. chicken and wrappe it around plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for about 24 hrs... it was delicious!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

this soup is SO good and easy!. i too, left out the noodles so the soup didn't get starchy. i just made the noodles and put it in a separate bowl then when we wanted some we took some of the noodle ans some of the soup.. SO GOOD!

Chicken Fried Chicken

this chicken was very good!. i also sliced the chicken breasts in half so it wouldn't take as long to cook and it wasn't so thick cz we don't eat much and it would just go to waste. everyone loved it!! deff. a keeper!
