Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2012
This ia an awesome recipe- although I didnt add the onion or carrots, because I dont like either. But I was SO good!!! I just finished my first bowl about 20 minutes ago and I feel so good :) I love that 'post chicken soup' feeling!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
Best Chocolate chip cookie recipe ever!! I used a melon baller, and followed the recipe exactly- except since they were small, I only baked them for 8 to 9 minutes. Perfect!!!!

Great! I used mozarella instead of cheddar, and cajun seasoning instead of garlic :)

Sausage Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
Very good- but in the future I will add spicier sausage (got country mild) and use a pan that will drip some of the grease away from the balls... the bottoms were a little greasy.

Baked Flounder

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
I didnt follow the recipe exactly - more the idea. Laid the flounder on a bed of baby spinach (seasoned w lemon juice, lemon pepper, and a dash of garlic powder) and covered it with a mixture of diced mushrooms, and bread crumbs mixed with melted butter(and a dash or garlic powder). Baked for 20 mins and it was Wonderful!!!! 300 Calorie dinner =)

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
Made this today, followed directions to the "T" and the edges were dark brown, and it cracked down the middle. I think other reviewers were right to say to lower the temp to 325. Next time I will try a water bath also, and use less flour. Also the outside was toughish compared to the interior...and the crust was not good. Im definetely listening to the reviews better next time. people should not give a recipe 5 stars if they have to "tweak" it to make it edible. that creates a false image of the ACTUAL recipe.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
Made these for the boyfriend around christmas, and he bragged to everyone how wonderful they were, and it was my first time making cookies. They came out just as promised, crispy around the edges and soft and chewy on the inside. I made no changes to the recipe.

Strawberries 'n' Cream Trifle

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
I made this for my boyfriend and a small group of close friends, and it was gone in 30 minutes. I was really nervous about this dish since the ingredients are so simple, I was afraid it would be bland, or boring, but it was wonderful!!! I got compliments, and it looked impressive- but it was so easy!!
