Charleston Breakfast Casserole

I made this for Christmas morning. I let it sit in refrigerator overnight and popped it in the oven in the morning. My 4 boys ,husband and mother in law all loved it! They asked for it to be our Christmas tradition. The only change I made was to use nitrate-free turkey bacon from Fresh Market.

Indian Rice (Pulao)

The towel on the top threw me off and I overcooked the rice. Check before the 20 minutes. Like the other reviewer I felt it was a little bland or missing something. Itlooked gorgeous as it was sauteing and the aroma was wonderful-but that first bite let me down. Perhaps I did something wrong.
