I'm a new mommy, who loves to cook when my son lets me! I like quick and easy recipes, but ones that taste good too. I'm leary to try a new recipe without reading the reviews first. I love using salsa in my dishes, like chili and meatloaf. I like mexican inspired dishes with a little kick to them. My grandmother's recipes that she has handed down to me. like creamed chipped beef, breaded steak, and hopefully soon her spaghetti. pleasing my non vegetable eating husband. and making homemade baby food! it seems like no matter how many times i make a dish when its time to make it for a holiday or party i over cook or under cook it! drives me nuts!
