Double-Cheese Eggs Benedict

This was my first time making eggs benedict. The recipe was time consuming, but well worth it. The only thing I changed was that we used regular bacon instead of Canadian. We will make this again!

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Perfect coconut cream pie recipe. I did as others suggested by using 1.5 cups of half & half and 1.5 cups of coconut milk. This recipe is a keeper!

Burrito Pie

I made this serveral times. I bake this pie in a springform pan to help it hold better. It's best to use two tortillas to prevent the pie from getting soggy. Also, I use mexican four cheese blend. This is a great meal with sour cream and a side of spanish rice.

Easy Meatloaf

Tasty meatloaf that was very quick and easy to make. I only used 1 lb. of beef, so I reduced the amount of milk. This recipe is a keeper!!

Crab Stuffed Flounder

Absolutely delicious! I did add old bay and used black pepper instead of white. I also used fresh flounder and lump crab meat. This is a very tasty meal!
