This recipe was perfect. I did make a couple of changes but it had nothing to do with the recipe itself. I am always changing things to make it healthy for my family. My flour is 1/2 wheat and 1/2 flax. I ran out of eggs but I used apple sauce in exchange. I do not use shortning, so I used olive oil instead. The brown sugar, I cut this in 1/2. I do not like to feed my children alot of concentrated sugars. These muffins came out perfect!!!

Banana Muffins II

Awesome recipe. I usually do not change recipes, but I ran out of eggs and used one of my idividual sized cups of applesauce instead. I also used vegtable oil instead of butter and I added a little bit of water, about 3 tb because the batter looked a little thick. But this is my second day of using this recipe. Will use again. Thank you!!!

Spring Lime Tea Cookies

This is a great recipe!!! I did not have lime but I did have a sweet grapefruit on hand. It worked perfectly. Thank you. I did take the advise from one of the other reviews and let it cook for 2-3 minutes than the recipe required. Lovely recipe, thank you.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Great recipe!!! My kids did not want to try them because they were oatmeal. But I saw them sneaking them off of the cooling rack. They came out perfect.
