The addition of pickle relish really made this tuna salad better than the norm. I love the tangy flavor the relish adds. I almost ate the whole can with crackers with my 3 yr old who also loves this recipe.

Breaded Ranch Chicken

This recipe was a nice change from regular old baked chicken. It was very flavorful but I will cut the amount of parm cheese in half next time.

Apple Crisp III

This was delicious! I upped the temp in the oven to 375 for 15 extra minutes which helped turn the topping golden brown. Otherwise it would have taken much longer than recipe stated to get the top brown.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This was really quick and delicious. The fastest and best tasting CNS recipe I've come across. I will cut back on the celery to 1/4 c. next time but that's just my preference. This recipe was excellent.

Easy Cheesy Skillet Chicken

I didn't care for this recipe at all. I made it pretty much like recipe said but added portobellos into the mix. In spite of being very un-asthetically pleasing (looked grayish in color) it was a very odd flavor w/the American cheese. Cheddar may have improved this recipe and definitely follow some users' suggestions of adding garlic and other spices to avoid the bland taste of this one star recipe.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I used blue cheese in place of the ranch and it came out superbly. Everyone kept saying "This tastes just like chicken wings w/blue cheese". I sprinkled a very light coating of the cheese atop the dip before putting in the oven. It didn't have a greasy look but I think you could omit the cheese entirely and have it come out even better.
