Fluffy Pancakes

WOW! Great flavor, fluffy. Make this recipe just as it is in the recipe. If you add extra liquid to the batter, the pancakes will be flat.

I love the idea of this! I made mine with a different filling (mini calzones). I would have given it 5 stars if the author had included an egg and milk wash to help the buns brown nicely. If you're reading this, take 1 egg and 1 Tbs milk; whisk and brush on before baking.

Best Lemonade Ever

The title says it all! I use the lemon juice in a jug you can buy from a bulk store because I am not interested in squeezing enough lemons to produce 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice; and its still great.

The Best Chicken Fried Steak

Holy cow! I cannot believe how good this was. Outstanding! The baking powder and soda made the difference in the batter. It's a new family favorite.

Bread Pudding II

I followed the recipe exactly, cook time and all. I think the confusion lies with the type of bread. I used a day old loaf I had made for Sunday dinner and I cut 6 thick slices to use for the bread pudding. I would guess that generic store bread is too thin and not dense enough to hold up to this recipe.

Awesome! This is a terrific recipe. I didn't have heavy cream so I had to use whole milk and I added too much vanilla because that's what I like and it was still great.

Wisconsin Cheese Soup II

This recipe is so good I didn't have all the ingredients and it was still AWESOME! I didn't have 2 cups of cheddar cheese so I had to use 1 cup cheddar, 4 slices of American singles, and some Parmesan to make up the 2 cups of cheese. I like soup blended so I gave it a few seconds with a hand blender. Delicious!

Chocolate Chip Cake

HOLY COW, THIS CAKE IS GREAT! I didn't have German chocolate to grate or powdered sugar to put on top or a bundt pan and it didn't matter - it was still a home run! I did put the chips in with the dry ingredients so they wouldn't sink.
