Soft Pretzels

Very good, a little less than pretzel taste on its own, but great with cheddar beer dip!

Very tasty! Everyone at the BBQ loved it. I tried it with Soda Pretzels, and they went well together. The dip I blended in the food processor, and had to use much more than 1/3 cup of beer. I used about 1/2+ of a bottle. I've uped this from a 4 to a 5 . . . the dip gets much better with time in the fridge for the flavors to get together!

Carrot Cake

Great recipe! Everyone loved it! I read many recipes where someone had to change this or that. I didn't change anything about this one except to bake it in a couple of spring-form pans and put a thin layer of the cream cheese frosting between the 2 cake layers.
