I didn't have Parmesan, so I used Romano, and the recipe was pretty cheesy, but it was good! Used it on Portabello ravioli. Also, I didn't have enough cream, so I used 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup whole milk, and it turned out plenty creamy.
