Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

This recipe was just stunning, especially given how good it is for you. I was in a rush when serving, so I completely forgot the vinegar and cheese, and it was still great! I used organic chicken, which I think may have made the chicken ever more flavorful and moist.

Alfredo Sauce

I didn't have Parmesan, so I used Romano, and the recipe was pretty cheesy, but it was good! Used it on Portabello ravioli. Also, I didn't have enough cream, so I used 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup whole milk, and it turned out plenty creamy.

Roquefort Pear Salad

Delicious salad! The dressing is scrumptuous. Be careful with those pecans! They're sticky, and they get everywhere!

Sweet Potato Casserole I

Great recipe! I didn't have any oranges, and it tasted fine without them. I made a batch with coconut and a batch without, and we preferred it without.

Pesto Cream Sauce

I love this recipe and make it often. I pair it with Trader Joe's Gorganzola and Walnut tortellini. I've also made it without mushrooms, but it's better with them! It's best in the summer when the tomatos are good!
