Good flavor but very thin consistency. Definitely not as pictured. Omit the extra cream and add powdered sugar.

Spicy Chicken Thai Noodle Soup

I bought julienned vegetables at the grocery store so preparation was extremely easy. My family liked the finished product a great deal, but I thought it tasted like a jazzed up version of ramen.

Biggest Bestest Burger

Met rave reviews at a family picnic. I mixed and shaped the burgers early in the day and cooked them on the grill right before eating. The size of patty suggested in the recipe was too large, so I made twice as many burgers as suggested.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

My family eats these as fast as I can make them. It is very easy to overbake these, though. I use a silpat sheet to prevent them sticking in the pan.
