Yummy Eggnog Pie
This recipe was very yummy. Being only a 2 person family, I decided to cut the recipe in half. I used the small box of cooked pudding instead. I cooked the pudding to real thick, refridgerate for 2 hours or so. Then whipped the cream real stiff and fold that in and set the pie over night in the fridge. Wonderful. I've made it several times now and have shared it with others.

Bread Machine Garlic Bread
I made the adjustments that reviewer, "darkersolace" had made. Instead of adding condensed milk in place of the powdered milk I accidentally put in 2% milk instead. But you know, it was great. Also with the added rosemary & oregano. My boyfriend & I just loved it. This I will definately make again with the made adjustments.

Cranberry Orange Cookies
These are very good. I put in Crasins instead of the fresh cranberries. As I didn't want to fuss with cutting the fresh cranberries in half. They kept there shape while baking & they turned out yummy. I went without the frosting as these are good just on their own. My Mom has a similar receipe, but with no orange juice or zest in it. When growing up in Alaska we would pick fresh cranberries to use for cookies & breads. They were as small as a pea, so they were great to bake with.
