Creamy Saffron Shrimp with Gnocchi and Caramelized Onion
This was AMAZING! The only thing I did different was I forgot to pull out the shrimp to let it thaw so I had to cook it frozen. I ended up letting the resulting juices reduce with a bit of cooking Marsala wine. Future changes are a complete removal of the saffron as it does nothing in the dinner, adding more paprika, and double or tripling the entire recipe.

Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli
I'm not one for a ton of spices and flavors. This however, was a little less than I was expecting. For my family and I, the sauce was nowhere near enough.Instead of using green olives, I used Kalamata olives since that is what we all like. I do have plans on making this again in the future though. All in all, an excellent base to start with.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
This was a great recipe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my husband and I are unsure as to how it got the name Peppered. Any way you go, it is still an amazing meal. Next time I might consider adding Crushed Red Pepper for a little bit of kick.
