Strawberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2012
Made this twice- first time the box of unopened graham cracker crumbs smelled a little "funny", but I kept going. Ended up throwing it out and now I make my own crumbs from whole graham crackers. Only change was to leave some of the strawberries out of the puree to use on top of the cheesecake when serving. My husband loved it!

Strawberry Trifle

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Everyone always loves this and begs me to make it! I did make one change- I put the frozen strawberries into a mixture of strawberry jello (large package) and just the hot water called for on the package. Once the jello was starting to set, then I used this mixture over the cut up angel food cake for each layer. Fresh cut up bananas in the layers also are good if the trifle will be eaten right away.
