Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way

Didn't use an egg or flour, peaches are so juicy, just need the sugar, lemon juice, and spices, I added nutmeg, ground cloves, and a touch of cardamom. It was such a thick liquidy consistency I didn't need butter either, but only with very fresh and ripe peaches!

Janine's Best Banana Bread

This is the best banana bread, I cut down the sugar a bit, and add egg whites instead of the whole egg, also if I don't have enough bananas to make the batter moist I throw in some applesauce. Delicious.

Chocolate Frosting III

used this on aunt mary's chocolate cake, had to add ALOT of powdered sugar to get it to spreading consistency, but once enough was added it was fabulous. A big hit.

Aunt Mary's Chocolate Cake

This was a big hit, used 1.5 cups of sugar, and used regular milk, not soured, came out great. Used chocolate frosting III, My family is already asking for it for the next birthday party.
